The One Day I Get Here Super Early, The Library is Closed

So let's say that circumstances have left you without internet for some time, and you suddenly (God forbid) find yourself reliant on public internet to get things done. Let's also say, because of public transport, you usually only get there right before noon.

Now let's say that the first day you get there at a decent hour (in weeks) there's a sign out front informing everyone that there's an event and the library won't be open until 2 pm. Let us say that there was no such warning yesterday.

How annoyed would you be? Keep in mind, you are typing a party or on your phone... Lol, now that's dedication.
