Mother's day red velvet cake
Ingredients
200g sugar,100g wooden spoon margarine
2 eggs
250 flour
1 cup butter milk.
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking soda
Half tsp salt
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Food color
Method
In a bowl combine butter and sugar mix well
Add first egg and mix completely
Add second egg
Next add 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix well
In another bowl add 2 tbs of cocoa to flour and salt mix
Mix butter milk with colour in a jug
Add butter milk to flour and mix
The most important part
Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 1 teaspoon of vinegar as this will make the cake rise mix it well with flour
Pour into a greasd tin
Preheat oven (180'c) for about 45 minutes
For topping
In a bowl beat butter ,cream cheese, fresh cream
And vanilla essence
Chocalate dripping is genache
Half cup chocalate chips and warm cream
