WE ONLY HAVE OUR MOMENTS!

As Buddha has said, "The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future or anticipate the troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly."

In this chaotic world, everything is moving so fast and we are so busy doing many unnecessary things that we forget the most important part of life that is... to live!

Life is not all about studying, working or earning more money. It is all about reconnects those people that we love and care about, with friends and with family.

Ask yourself: How many times have you thank God for all the blessings you received today? How many people have you actually made a significant connection today? How many people have you helped today? How many loved ones you actually said you cared and love them today? How many people have you asked for forgiveness today? How many places have you seen today?

Life has taught us that all we have is now, this very moment because that is all we have... our precious moments. We cannot bring back the past, nobody can hold on to it. No remote control to rewind whenever we want to.

Don't live a life full of regrets because the most important thing in life is our moments. Make the most of it while we still can and before it is too late. Travel the world and cherish those we love while they are still here with us because when our time comes to an end, it does not matter how much money we made, it is our memories that last forever.
