When that originally came out in the 90's, they actually interviewed a military/CIA officer on talk radio. He stated that Remote Viewing could be taught to nearly ANYBODY, they even taught his secretary how to do it. He used the technique himself. The exercise was to pinpoint the location of a Mobile Missile Launcher (MX Missile) at one of ten locations, ten times, without mistakes. To do so BY CHANCE was a 1 in 10 Billion shot. Most people could be trained to do it flawlessly...

Yeah, that's pretty creepy. If this is declassified, it makes you wonder what remains classified for sure!
