Waiting at a Pizza Shop for Over an Hour...

Last night I waited at Papa Gino's Pizza Shop for over an hour just for a chicken parm sub. Don't get me wrong, I thought the sub tasted great, but while I was waiting I couldn't help myself from getting angry with someone or something. At first I was angry at the women making the food, I couldn't believe how long it took them. After a few minutes though, I realized it wasn't necessarily the women making the food that was the issue, it was the management for not realizing the demand. If the management focused on fast and good service and food, the initial investment of another employee would be paid for in only a couple months.
