I watched the video, and I agree that you can learn things from playing video games. However, I do not believe you can live by Paretos law per se. All you can hope is to achieve peak performance by working smarter and hope to be distributed into the 5% bracket that get 95% of the results, or even better a 1% percenter.
It is amazing what happens when you reach the 5%. You then reset to 100% within that 5% and start all over again.
