Ghee may look pure. however it can’t. It debased with least expensive mixtures. the foremost common adulterants are- (i) alter fat, (ii) Refined vegetable oils example – groundnut, and oil and (iii) animal bodies’ fat. you'll notice the clarified butter from these take a look ats- (i) plant product take a look at (ii) Baudouin test.
