Too Late to Start My Day
It is actually noontime in our country but I feel like my day is just starting. I have been busy the entire week because of our visit week in our group, it seems I need to rest. There's some invigoration of my spirit, but I also felt weak after my uncle has passed.
Yesterday, I am not at home the entire day again for the field service. As I got home, I am unable to go with my family to San Carlos City for uncle's wake, however, embalming is not yet finished because of the autopsy done when he was killed. The wake will start this day. The family of my uncle decided to take my uncle's body to San Carlos City, instead of Lingayen, my uncle's hometown and where most of the relatives live. So it is quite distant from us.
Last night, I am supposed to write a blog. But at 8pm while on Steemit, I fell asleep in my bed. I was awakened at 10pm, but decided to sleep. I woke up at almost 8am without electricity. I feel so lazy, yet did some errands.
I am preparing now to attend our meetings in sign language, then I might go to San Carlos City for the wake. Despite the emotional times, I think there are things to be grateful about. I can feel God with everything He is giving me. It might be difficult, but looking at some bright side even small, can at least help ease some emotional pains.
