Restaraunt Stories: Post 3 - She Stole My Credit Card!

A newer server had come over to me requesting help. She looked shaken and very worried. She proceeded to tell me her table had great service, she dropped the bill book, and walked away. When she walked back to receive the check, he said it was all set.

She looked in the book and their was no form of payment. She then walked back to the table and asked them if there was a mistake?

At This point the table freaked. "You stole my Credit Card!" they accused her over and over again.

By this time, a manager proceeded to the table. He listened to everything the couple had to say. The same time this is happening, another server walked by and pointed to a card under the tables foot.

This table felt absolutely terrible. The server was so shaken she didn't even want to cash them out. she wanted to stay as far away as she could.

The wife stood up walked over and very sweetly apologized for everything.
