Have you ever wanted to accomplish something but you don't know how to begin tackling it?

There is a proven theory based on the thoughts we put into our head and the results our actions lead to. For example, if someone who struggles with social anxiety and a fear of talking to new people, if that person were to fixate in their mind and visualize themselves talking to new people as much as they can for every day they can in a row that fixation becomes a state of mind. Now what I mean by state of mind is that we focus on something for a long time we eventually live it out in our daily lives.

If I were to think about playing basketball every minute on the hour for every hour of every day I would eventually find myself playing basketball more often than I would if I hadn't thought about. It's sort of like tricking yourself into doing something.

So how this can apply to you is that whatever it is you want to do just start fixating on it and put reminders about it throughout your day for every day and you will see yourself being to do that thing over a period of time. "It's amazing what we can do when we put our mind to it." That's not just a fancy quote, the message is literally saying we can do anything if we think about it often and long enough.

I challenge you to focus on whatever it is you dream about doing for at least a month at a time for everyday on the hour and see where you are at the end of that month and you will surely be impressed by how your actions reflect what you thought about.
