They are only slow because it's still unclear how to make laws about it.

All I know is they require a lot of semiconductors. Even more semiconductors to network all those smart cars to the net. Even more to network block chain those smart cars. All in semiconductors.
All jobs will eventually be gone, we're just going towards a huge society change where everyone will have an universal basic income and if you want to earn more you can work, but you could live well by doing nothing so no jobs are needed.
