Although I am not interested in fat loss, this article is still very good argument for good sleep generally. Good quality content.

Lack of good sleep is something very common nowadays I think, because of our modern lifestyles, as people already stated here in the comments. But many people do not realize how important it is to get a good and regular sleep. That's why articles like that are needed :)
