What happens if you do not eat a day?
Apart from this, there are some benefits of fasting on the water throughout the day;
- Your body feels light, it seems hungry, but after a while it cools down itself, drink plenty of water.
- The more water you drink, the body will be cleansed from inside, the toxic elements will move out of urine.
- You will feel good in the past, the body is ditox.
- Your weight is reduced to 1 or 2 pounds, which is the weight of water which emits from the body. Drink plenty of water during the fasting and add to it. The brain will also be light with the body.
