Family Time 💕💕💕
Family time is very important. Of course it is! But do families practice it daily? Or should I say "Do families makes time for their bonding time?" .
Hopefully the answer is yes, but sad to say, not all family is into making time for this. And they would say that they are apparently busy working all day and turns out to benbusy also at weekends for making the upcoming projects assigned for them by their bosses? Hmmm.
This is indeed the beginning of an unhealthy family relationship wherein all the family members start doing the so called "right things", like working to sustain the needs of all the family members for survival. This might be the reason on behalf why some children chose to bond more with their friends and would result to create a huge gap between the child-parent relationship which is the reason why other children can't open up to their parents. It's probably making them feel awkward or a disturbance for them. Though this blog isn't about blaming parents for prioritizing their job, but it's about how to make time for your angels.
-A "Good Morning" greetings from you would do with a kiss in their forehead or in cheeks.
-Breakfast meal with the whole member of your family and start to break the ice by asking how was their day yesterday.
-Bid goodbye before going to work and wish them luck every single day.
-Visit them before going to bed and wish them a sweet dream.
-Spend time talking to your children about things they want to talk about .
This may sounds selfish for not thinking about how tired your parents are, but your children needs you. They need your guidance and love. Love them with all you can.
And love your parents wholeheartedly people. You are their angel that has given from above. Show them love also. Show your love before you have parents no more. Show your love to your parents because I haven't done it coz I have no parents anymore.
