8 Morning Habits Of Highly Successful People !!!

As we know that most of the successful people are successful because of their habits & most of them are "Morning People" waking up at 5 am or even as early as 4 am, which has been revealed through many recorded interviews.

1. SILENCE:

Most of the people wake up with a lot of tensions, or most of them attract tension by reading the newspaper or browsing facebook just after waking up. But on the other hand, Successful people go into silent mode by doing meditation, yoga, or certain prayer's, that really helps their brain to dive in a relaxing & calm start to the day ahead.

2. AFFIRMATION:

This is one of the most important tools used by a lot of successful people all over the world. It is nothing but a positive statement that is repeatedly said by one to himself/herself so that the words get deep in our sub-conscious mind & our brain starts believing in all those words thereby preparing us to do the actions needed to convert those words into reality.
For example, if you constantly say yourself that "I am an Ego Free Person" after some days, You will feel ego-free in reality & won't take a lot of things on your ego as before.

3. VISUALISATION:

This technique is also very much similar to the affirmation technique but in affirmation, you repeatedly say the same words to yourself, but in visualization, you create images in mind for the desired reality of yours.
For example, if you want to participate in a boxing match but you are feeling lazy about your training, so you constantly need to imagine the day of your boxing match, about how well you will fight, how it will feel when the referee will announce you the winner in front of all the audience, how it will feel to hold the winning medal in your hands, so by these imaginations your chances of winning the boxing match will surely increase & it will be quite certain that you will not miss any training of yours.

4. Exercise:

Do you know the difference between wisdom & intelligence?
Everybody knows that Exercise is good for our health- This is intelligence.
The people who know exercise is good for them & make sure to exercise every day- This is wisdom.
Exercise brings more Oxygen in our brain & releases hormones like endorphins which helps us to feel better & think clearly thereby increases our energy level for the whole day with lots of other benefits also.
Note: It is not necessary to go to the gym for exercise, doing exercises like jumping jacks for 1 minute in the morning can also increase your energy 10 times better.

5. READING:

Reading doesn't mean to read anything like 50 shades of grey or something like that which can take away all the positive energy from you instead, you should read something that could contribute to your development like self-help books that could enrich your mind with knowledge, intelligence e.t.c.

6. SCRIBING:

Scribing here means to write something about your goals, dreams, e.t.c. As we know there is no such magic as the magic of writing something because there is something powerful in writing which helps in completing our goals & achieving our dreams within the time frame.
So we should definitely carry a small diary with us everytime in which we can write about all the thoughts that come to our mind every day, which will also help to de-clutter our brain. (Nowadays we can also use the notepad in our phone)

7. Waking Up Early:

There are generally 24 hrs a day for normal people, but the people waking up early gets a day with 25 hrs in it. It is not an easy task to wake up early for the day but once you will keep the habit of waking up early you are definitely not going to look back. Many research has also proved that waking up early every day leads to an optimistic & conscious mindset which helps us a lot to be successful in the real world.

8. PRIORITY:

A typical day in the life of any human being is becoming complex day by day & this is the reason why we need to set a priority of all our tasks early in morning so that there will be a crystal clear image in front of us about all the tasks which we need to complete by the end of the day according to the priority.
Note: *Make a work list for the entire day.
*Categorize urgent work with important work.
*Be flexible.
*Don't lose focus.

If you follow the above principle's of life, you are bound to succeed not only in steemit but also in various aspects of life.
