Do something nice

Do something for no real reason
Do something for nothing in return
Tell someone you love them
Tell someone that you are sorry
Tell someone that you forgive them
Tell someone how how great they are
Be kind to yourself
Be the best person that you can be
Be better today than you were yesterday
Be excellent to each other
