Changing Yourself From Inside

Before you will be able to effectively change the world around you, there is a need to change yourself from within first. The change that will make impact to others must begin from within. If you are looking for a friend, for example, try to ask and answer this question first: "if you are looking for a friend, will you pick someone like yourself amidst other choices?"

No matter how good you may think that you are, there will always be opportunities to get even better. In the same way, no mater how bad you may be, there is always an opportunity to change and turn to the good side of life; but only if you allow the change to begin from within you.

The world is not waiting for superheroes to change the world or to make it better, the world needs people that will rise up to change their own selves. Remember this; a better world will always begin with a better individual, because the individuals are the subsets of the world.

Whatever change you want to see around you, you should try to start it from within you. If you want to have a mighty forest, for example, you need to start planting trees and not waiting for trees to spring up from thin air. In the same way, the change the world needs is already in their hands but they need to put it to work.

When certain changes occur within you, it will be easier for the change to be expressed around your environment and the world at large. Do not wish for everything to change on their own, you have a part to play which, if well played, will help to make the world better.
