- Love yourself first
If you want to have a better life, take care of your self rather than always having bad feeling. Do not feel guity, spending time indulging your self after having done your goals, for exemple make a gift and give it to yourself, especially a significant accomplishment, invite your friend and celebrate a big party, or just enjoy your meals with satisfaction.
- Think positive
Don't let negative thoughts filling your mind! Trust me. Not only they make depression but they also let you feel down!Try to find some positive thoughts that help you feel better, which you like the most and start hoping and acting until you get it.
- Take up new things
Try new things which are interesting, like cooking a new delicious meal you never have tried before, taking up new sport game or new hobby. Always support yourself with positive affirmations.
Spend time on activities that make you relaxed or laugh. Give yourself permission to laugh. The world is full of humor, so immerse yourself in it!
- Know what things we can ignore
Remember that everyone is dealing with different things in their lives. You should keep your mind calm and forgive because you're the one that will be the happiest in the end. Ignore bad vibes from people. If someone does something bad to you, ignore it, pay attention to other things in the beautiful life. Don't let people let you down and distract you from your goals.
- Avoid things that encourage stereotypical ideas
Understand that we are not perfect, everyone must have something that they don't like about himself. So don't let yourself in the position of too much pressure to be an ideal person, don't you feel tired when doing like that.
- Live with positive people.
Surround yourself with people who celebrate and appreciate your strengths, and their positivity will rub off on you, keeping company with negative people will turn you into getting bad. - Smile and look at the mirror.

Helping someone else often letyou feel grateful for what we have done. It also feels good when you are able to make a difference for someone else although it just a little difference or small difference.

I agree with you Xuanito! But I think they will be useful for people who have get stuck in their life! Especially when there is no progress. Sometime I am in that position, dealing with a lot of stress but I try to continue to live regardless of what may come ! So, If you have high stress level, just let your hair down and keep calm
