[Living Information] Making organic vinegar rinse for scalp, hair health, hair loss.
Hello I am posting a recipe for making vinegar rinse that I am using nowadays. I would like to recommend to those who are interested in the scalp and hair health, those who are looking for something to replace the shampoo and rinse on the market.
I have noticed I'm out of hair and my scalp is not in good health. Because shampoo and conditioner on the market usually contain the problem of blocking the scalp and harmful surfactant, it is good for the scalp health if it chooses only shampoo well.
Natural shampoos, however, do not contain silicone, which makes hair soft and smooth, so it can be hairier than normal shampoo after shampoo. After shampooing, the scalp and hair turn alkaline. Using a vinegar rinse, the scalp and hair return to acidity and soften again.
All you need is vinegar and refined water. In addition, it is better to use aroma oil.
People usually use rosemary oil on my scalp.
I bought organic apple vinegar from the Aroma oil shop. Purified water can be purchased in pharmacies.
If the ratio is 100ml, you can combine 80ml of purified water with 20ml of vinegar. When you put aroma oil, you can put 20 drops in 100ml.
That is, 80 ml of purified water + 20 ml of vinegar + 20 drops of aromatic oil.
Put the contents in an empty spray bottle and shake it once to spray on scalp and hair. After spraying, you can leave it for a while and then wash it off.
