Tar suwir basil leaves
Ingredients :
6 pieces of Cue cob
7 bunch of basil leaves
1 bay leaf
the galangal fingers
2 large red chilli seeds
Ground spices :
30 seeds of cayenne pepper
7 red chili seeds
5 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 grain of pecan
to taste salt
Steps:
wash Cue cob with running water then suwir.
Pick basil leaves, take the leaves alone, wash thoroughly.
Big red chili slices.
Saute the finer spices, galangal, bay leaves until fragrant.
Enter the red chilli sliced, stirring until the pepper slightly wilted.
Enter the cob.
add enough water, stir until spice evenly, let stand until the water half shrinks.
Enter the basil leaves, stir until the spices soak and water shrink.
