Mini Dongkal Cake
Ingredients :
150 grams of rice flour
150 grams of grated young coconut (peeled skin)
1/5 tsp sugar
1/5 tsp Vanilla powder
to taste salt
Red Sugar for toping (thinly sliced)
Coconut shredded (toping)
Steps:
Mix in a container of rice flour, coconut, vanilla, granulated sugar, salt. knead by hand until smooth
