Understanding how weak you are

Ever since I born, everyone is telling me to be strong, to be tough. Have you ever think of, knowing how weak you are is more important than knowing how strong you are.

As everyone would have a "comfort zone", indicating your limit, if you get out of it, you "overcome" your limit which means you become stronger, or is it?

In some sense, it is. In fact, when you think you have push your upper limit to a higher level, you are actually pushing your lower limit closer to your actual limit on which you can do out of the comfort zone. Your ability is not limited to the comfort zone, but your mind restricted your ability inside your comfort zone.

Most of the time, you heard others are "getting out" of the comfort zone doing something they don't know they can. They actually extending the comfort zone in their mind, in which they should can do those "impossible" things in the first place.

But what created your comfort zone? The answer is simple, FEAR. A million dollar question, can you not to be afraid of anything so that you can reach your very best? I would say no. Everyone have their own fear. What you can do is to be prepared for your fear. You may retreat and run away when you are facing your fear. It is normal, but every time you would grow stronger and become more prepared. In one day, you would be brave enough to face it.

Every time you reach the outer shell of your comfort zone, you would know more on your limit, what you can actually do, more importantly facing and knowing your fear. You know how weak you are, you would know what to do to overcome the weakness.

You need not to push yourself so hard to be brave to step out of the comfort zone at the first time, it is okay to fear, it is okay to run away, but bare in mind, try more, and more, one day you would can overcome it
