Monkeys In My Backyard

When you live in the jungle or in any place full of nature, you'll see any kind of animals, like iguanas, coatis, raccoons, armadillos and monkeys. 

When you live in a city there is almost zero chance for you to see wild animals in your back yard. Most of my life I lived in big cities, so I could never imagine I could see monkeys from a window in my home. This is the reason why I'm always excited to see monkeys hanging on a tree, not too far away from me. 

The other the day I heard the monkeys, so I went outside and I saw them hanging on tree, in the property next to my house, where I usually see them.

 After few minutes, I suddenly saw a monkey in my back yard. I was very surprised, because I've never before seen a monkey so close to my house.

As someone, who grew up in a big city, seeing monkeys in my day to day life will probably never be normal to me,  and I don't think I will ever stop being surprised by seeing monkeys in the wild, so close to my house. And that's for sure one of the top reasons why I love this place so much.
