Slow Progress Is Better Than No Progress 💪🏼
Slow progress is better than no progress.
So as I’m getting back on track with eating healthy again and exercising on the regular, it’s become harder since I slacked. It’s easier for me to say yes to foods I should be saying no to👀.
I’ve got such a little bit of weight to lose but it feels so tough😂!
I need to keep motivating myself towards the goals I’ve set for myself. I NEED to do this! I CAN do this! I WILL do this!
Just need to practice my NO.
With that being said however, I am taking steps towards it. Since Tuesday I started exercising again after 3 weeks of not exercising, plus I did my morning jogs again 😅. So I’m getting there again and I will conquer again. I just need to keep focused!
And I’m making progress even though it might be little, it’s still progress.
So if you’re feeling discouraged today, remember that baby steps are still steps towards the right direction and quicker than you expect the energy will come along with it aswell! Just keep pushing💪🏼.
