One of the most important things you can do for your car is scheduled maintenance. Changing your oil and filter regularly keeps your engine running smoothly, and helps to keep sludge and dirt particles out of your engine that can cause corrosion. It keeps the life span of your engine from decreasing. Not keeping your oil changed will cause you to use more fuel as you drive.
It's seems as though we take better care of our cars than we do ourselves. We need to have scheduled maintenance for ourselves. All of the sludge, grim and bad things we need to CHANGE AND REMOVE from our lives. They are slowing us down and decreasing the LIFEspan of our engine. Whatever your hindrance is, get rid of it. It could be an addiction, a person, procrastination, or anything. IT'S HOLDING YOU BACK!
PUSH THOSE THINGS OUT OF YOUR LIFE NOW!
Those things are no good for you and you know it. Every now and then we need to audit our lives to see just how much better off we would be if we got rid of those things. Once we get those things out of our system, we have to keep them out. We have to keep ourselves in check. If you need help, ask someone. You don't have to do it alone. People are willing to help if you just ask.
Just don't continue to drive around with dirty oil in your engine, because before long your engine will lock up and you will be sitting on the side of the road in more distress than you are in right now.
