Do not be scared of panic attack, get rid of such

I myself am a psychiatrist, but even then I did not believe that what happened to me was a panic attack. '

Panic attack has now become a common problem among ordinary people. It has been found in a study that 30 per cent of the people living in cities have faced panic attacks at least once in their life.

Identify Panic Attack
In the Journal of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, it is reported that there is such a problem arising between panic attack fear and then peak in a few minutes. These symptoms will appear when panic attacks occur:

At the time of the military attack, the person suddenly starts to panic.

-Hart Beat suddenly grows.

Sweat begins to sweat and hands and feet start trembling.

-The trouble seems to be taking a breathing. The throat begins to dry.

Pain in the upper and abdomen also occurs. Dark eyes roam in front of the eyes and dizziness.

In many cases, the person does not recognize himself. The fear of death seems intimidating.

These measures will get relief immediately

When you suddenly get frightened or you start feeling dizzy, you start taking deep breaths.

Breathe quickly through the nose. After that stop breathing a little longer and breathe long and again.

Try to take oxygen from the mouth too. Fill your breath with breath for a while and again fill your mouth with oxygen.

Prevent negative thoughts from coming to mind

On the arrival of a panic attack, negative thoughts are first introduced in the person's mind. While in the meantime, holding negative thoughts should prevent itself from coming to mind.

  • People think that they will become unconscious. Explain that when the blood pressure is low, the person is unconscious, but if the panic attack is not high in blood pressure, then there is no apprehension about unconsciousness.

  • People think that they have lost control on their own. Whereas rather than thinking like this, we should sit down comfortably while we are where we are.

-I will die. In many cases, people fear that panic attack is a heart attack that they will die. While it is not so, there is no apprehension of death in panic attack.
