Man is an open system and his life depends on the world around him. Relying on the coincidence of circumstances, without personal analysis and development of norms of behavior, at least - naive, by and large - is stupid. One, perhaps, of the most important components of a normal existence is health.

And now, if you look at this component in general, on what it depends on, then we are presented with a multi-level picture.

At the bottom level, everything related to food is found: from the selection of products in the store (on the market) and ending with the way they are consumed (cooked).

At the next level is the body: all its cells must be healthy, and parts and organs work in concert. The body needs rest, exercise, sleep, fresh air, sunlight and heat.

At the third level is the psyche and needs such as the need for love, self-affirmation, peace of mind.

At the fourth level is the social environment of the individual - his work, hobbies, relationships in the family, respect for his colleagues and neighbors.

And finally, the upper level represents the life philosophy of man, his worldview, moral principles, determines the role and place of man in this world.

So - health determines well-being at all these levels, and at the bottom is proper nutrition and without it everything else is impossible.

It is inefficient, for example, to use calcium gluconate (in the description of which a lot of benefits are indicated, for certain diseases) without simultaneous intake of fats, vitamin D and magnesium.

A separately taken vitamin A is practically useless without commonwealth with vitamin E. And so on.

The conclusion from the whole of the above story is simple - do not go to extremes, in all seek harmony and conformity, your table. Preference is taken as a hobby, a proposal is an opportunity.

Criticism is a great help in the street! At home, try to be self-critical. Do not pay attention to trends and fashion. Eat with pleasure and arrogantly what you like and want.

As stated above, (this property is usually attributed to men, although it applies equally to both sexes), nutrition is an important part of our life, a factor in working capacity, decision-making, etc.
