Indeed, this article is a pure content. I would like to add here:-
Sometimes we are not angry at anyone but it becomes our way to let our frustrations out by this mean.

We are not happy with the way we are leading life and it affects our mood, in result we might get angry on our kids, friends and siblings.

When we are weak, we need a push. We feel helplessness and we react on everything around us. The only way is through consciousness.

Meditation is one of the ways to bring back our consciousness. It is the simplest of all.

It is a wonderful article...👏
