10 days ago my mum joined Steemit:
I think when mums join Steemit, thats a huge sign that Steemit is going to take over from Facebook in the near future and become mainstream. Plus, how cool would it be to say that you got your mum into Crypto? (I don't think my mum knows how to Claim her rewards yet as her Steemit wallet still looks pretty bare but I know she will have some post payouts by now, so that might be one thing I need to help with!)
Why Should You Get Your Mum on Steemit?
1. Facebook is so boring now! Does anyone else feel that way 😴
2. Steemit is a mums playground. There are recipes here, travel blogs, stories, poetry, art, culture, cute dog photos. You name it, Steemit has it! 👯
3. Help your mum get some extra cash now. Or get her to power up all her earnings in Steem and invest for her retirement as a crypto-mum.💰

1. Everyone knows that mums are the best cooks. She will share her recipes with you. So far she has shared a gluten free banana bread, some healthy spanish style lentils, and a gluten free apricot cake.
She likes cake... in the past she has been known to put boobs on a cake.
2. She is a sexual health nurse for the NHS in England. Maybe she will share some wonderful gems with Steemit about safe sex (I haven't seen that on here yet, haha).
She has also been known to use Barbies to educate people on sexual health.
3. She loves cycling and travelling, and sometimes a combination of the two together!

😂😂 OMG I cringe at the thought of my mum being on Steemit. When she joined FB, for DAYS I was getting "like" messages popping up. She literally had gone back years and LIKED EVERYTHING I had EVER posted! 😖😖
