Makanan laut yang banyak mengandung vitamin dan protein tinggi, selain enak dan nikmat juga sangat banyak memberikan manfaat bagi kesehatan manusia, seperti kepiting dan udang yang sudah terkenal dengan sumber protein yang dimilikinya.

Sering-seringlah mengkonsumsi seafood apalagi buat wanita yang lagi hamil karena sangat baik untuk pertumbuhan janin yang dikandungnya. Kepiting dan udang tergolong mahal tetapi sebanding dengan protein yang dimilikinya.

Seafood that contains lots of vitamins and high protein, besides delicious and delicious also very much provide benefits for human health, such as crabs and shrimp are already famous for its protein source.
