Good morning folks,
Drivers who text
Driving to work this morning, It is amazing the amount of drivers you see looking at their phones rather than the road. Rather concerning and this frustrates me beyond belief.
Not only is it dangerous for the driver, but other drivers, school kids and the list goes on.
I am fucking sick of seeing this and it needs to stop. I hope I am not alone in being pissed off about this subject

Lol I hope not! Very interesting subject and must be spoken about. Prevention is better than a cure!
It's amazing how prevalent it really is. For a statistics class in college my group decided to perform a study on how often people were texting and driving. We all rode 2 different bus routes at different times of the day and collected data. It was unreal.
That is a great way to identify. I can't believe more isn't being done to prevent it.
My grandson just participated in a home-schooler's science fair and his project was about distracted driving. He only just turned 15, so he had to use a driving video game. His results clearly showed that even handsfree conversations were distracting. Texting was far and away the most distracting though.
Yes, exactly. It is very distracting and extremely disturbing to see how common it is. I stop at the lights and every one is on their phone!
