Growing into your potential

I am sure everybody knows the story of the butterfly. Where the journey starts with just been a caterpillar, then going into a cocoon where a transition takes place and becomes a beautiful butterfly.

The most insightful part of this story is that every caterpillar has the potential to become a butterfly. Despite its surroundings, weather conditions, landscape or dangers.

Caterpillar stage is when we are babies and are unable to fend for ourselves and need nurturing in order to grow. We receive all the needed resources to proceed through that phase of life until we reach the age of accountability and have to fend for ourselves. Most people make it through this stage, some struggle due to different upbringings.

Cocoon stage is when we are now adults and have make things happen for ourselves, where we are no longer receiving the helping hands in order to grow. This is the transition stage where we go through different phases of life the ups and downs, but the downs that we face is the transition we need to become the butterfly we were designed to be. The challenges and hardships we face are not meant to break us but are meant to mold and shape us. Many of us give up at this stage as we fail at many task and loose hope, because life can become overbearing and the challenges do not seem to end. At this stage we are to continue to push forward, we were not build to break. Each failure we learn how to do it better the next time, every challenged faced helps us discover how we are able to adapt and become stronger. Keep pushing because life is not a race but a marathon you are closer that you think you are when you feel you want to quit.

Butterfly stage is where we then come out stronger and wiser, where we see each challenge as a chance to improve and every failure and a opportunity to become wise than we were before. This is the stage where grow into who we were designed to be.

We all have greatness inside of us, tap into your greatness. Let everyday be a learning day.
