I like the lines

"Confidence Without Competence = Delusion
Competence Without Confidence = Unfulfilled Potential"

The universe has lost a lot because of both those scenarios. And the worst part is that People in Category 1 trample people in category 2. Which will lead to more power concentrating with people in Category 1. So this is more like a vicious cycle which needs to be broken form the both the sides(two diagonally opposite points) of the circle.
