Fantastic post, I will definitely resteem it. let's spread health and fitness to the community.
Also wanted to add that to LOSE WEIGHT at any cost you need to be in a caloric deficit, which means burn more than what you eat. Then consistency is the key to get results at the gym. You are better off going 3 times a week for a year than going 7 times a week for a week :)
