Hello World!! This is Me.

Hi! First of all I would like to thank Steemit for accepting me-at last after 2 attempts 😁. Well, life is full of challenges. It just needs persistence to hold on.

I am Gina Ompad. I am currently living in Mandaue City and working as a college instructor in University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue.

I am 29 years of age, legally single, and a certified single mom of a beautiful creature I have ever made - her name is Gianne.

I was originally from Bantayan island, the place where anyone would not miss to go because if its scenery. It was my mother's place.

However, I was born in Olango island-the place of my father. Well, as you can see, both of my parents came from two different islands, but both found the love despite of its distance.

I belong to a big family. Actully, it was fun! I have 4 sisters and 3 brothers.

What is more interesting was, I got a twin sister. We are very close. I know her so well, and she knew me very well.

I grew up under the care of my grandparents (mother side). Me and my twin were separated when we were 7 moths old because of the belief that it is not good to live the twins in the same roof. I don't know what belief is that, but it was the belief that separated us. She grew with my parents while I grow up with my Lolo (grandfather) and lola (grandmother). Whatever, whoever, whichever or whatsoever still they are important to me.

I am a kind of person who prefers the real meaning of 'life'.

I love to talk about it. I love giving advices. I love sharing of ideas. I do believe in Yin Yang. I love travel because I learn from it.

What am I gonna share in my post in the future would talk about professional

and personal realizations, particularly in my life as a teacher and a mother.!
