Can You Take The Bull of Your Life?

I am not a freak of quotes but there are some that cannot just escape you no matter how careless you are. Some months ago someone said that the things you do while you're awake is more important than the number of hours you sleep at night. This is contrary to the popular belief that if you spend too many hours for sleep then you've already signed up for poverty, however, I can't even remember the last time I slept more than 4hours. Mostly, I sleep by 3:am and I am already on the road hustling by 7:am.

Don't be deceived though, people sleep 8-10 hours daily but command more results than I do. Now, that calls for questions.

Story Time
Several years ago, there was a drunkard living a reckless life in a village far north. He was known for wine and womanizing with the little money that he had. Nobody really cared to know his name because he was already famous because of his drinking habit.

He impregnated a lady from his village and she gave birth to a set of twins. This two cute babies were identical and very fun babies to behold. 9 years after the birth of this kids, their drunkard father died of liver failure, months after, the wife also died leaving behind these boys alone to suffer. That was the reality even though that was not the intention.

Times passed, season changed, seconds to minutes, minute to hours, to days, to months and months were turning to years and these young boy had turned to men.

Exciting but disheartening, they both became very prominent in their different areas of expertise and their fame was widely spoken of.

One of the twin boy became very popular in the community just like his late father, he was drinking from one bar to another, most of the times, he will will sleep on the street till the next day.

The other of his twin was very rich and famous. He was into cars importation till he became one of the major importer of ford cars in Nigeria.

The two of them had interview session where the were asked why their life turned out the way it was. The twin that turned a drunk said that he was born into a poor home without help from anywhere, he had no other option than to become a drunk as his late father.

The rich twin answered thus; I came to this world to meet a poor home, drunk father and a helpless mother. Because of the situation I found myself, I vowed that I must become different from what my parents were and leave a mark in the sands of time.

The two twins had the same situation but they interpreted it differently notwithstanding that they were identical twins.

I encourage everyone reading this piece today to start seeing life challenges from the angle of positivity while maximizing every minute life presents.
