Why do we all need more and more to learn to innovate in a collaborative way? First part
In the 21st century, due to the growing development of interactive communication on the Internet, the phenomenon of accelerated growth of information, complexity and automation has been occurring, creating new conditions for life and performance in the work activities of both individuals as of organizations.
It is not easy to understand the effects of accelerated change in our lives, for this reason the vast majority of individuals, companies, educational institutions and governments have been suffering from a diverse type of maladaptation crisis.
This type of crisis manifests itself in various ways such as increased levels of stress, productive downturn, intensification of exclusionary competition, loss of opportunities, job insecurity, exclusion, corruption, etc., which can be aggravated by reaching various levels of social decomposition and economic in whole nations.
The first reactions we usually have is to blame each other and think that with a few tips we can solve the difficulties around us, without noticing that the root causes of the problem are part of a broader process of global evolutionary change.
The solution starts by seeing the world from other perspectives, going beyond our models or mental fixations and being willing to better understand the new and the disruptive.
