I really appreciate your post as a person who suffers from mental illness, it can be crippling at times. Many people do not understand and there is quite a stigma. Thank you and I love the pic quotes you chose to go with your blog post.
You're welcome and thank you, too. I believe that it's good for our own emotional, mental and psychological health if we leave the past behind and focus on the life in front of us. Focus on the present and the future, not on the past. Keeping ourselves busy and occupied can also help take our minds off of things that don't help us.
