Change the way your body heals itself. Breathing is the most important thing we do. We say can do without food for days and without water for hours but when it comes to breathing we cannot do without breath for 4 minute. Breathing is used to relax, to energise the body, and to kick start the body’s build in self-healing system. Breathing can be used as a spiritual connection method, if you direct your breath correctly.
