Great Egg Muffin Treats For Busy Mornings
Add a bunch of eggs to a bowl and wisk really well. Add a little water or milk like you would to scrambled eggs. Wisk this all together. Then add lots of chopped veggies and cheese to muffin tins, and pour in the egg mixture. Tins should be lightly greased. Don't forget to use seasoning as you like. In this batch I used tomatoes, celery, onions, bell peppers, hot peppers, garlic, mushrooms, spinach, rice, and cheese. I lightly salted with pink salt and used lots of pepper. Bake on 350 for about 25 minutes. Serve hot. If making for use in the week, cool and then flash freeze. Put in baggies for busy mornings.

At our house we always have the makings for a good salad. We are very fond of almost all vegetables. This is fast, can be made ahead, and is good food.
