Bonnethead Shark Tampa Bay Florida Fishing - Gulf of Mexico
Our goal on this great day of fishing around Maderia Beach FL. in Tampa Bay was to head out in the Gulf of Mexico to hunt for Snook. The Gulf was rough on this day and made for bad conditions so we decided to head back inshore to fish the flats for awhile. It wasn't long before we landed a nice Bonnethead Shark and some small trout before heading in for the day.
The bait we were using was live Shrimp and frozen squid.
