PSA - How to Kill yourself!

Can I please ask a favor, please, PLEASE, PLEASE, think about it when you are changing lanes, especially in front of a loaded 20 Ton truck traveling 60 miles an hour. I work at a mining/materials/construction company in the Bay area, and at every safety meeting we share what is called "Close Calls", you would not believe the stories that are told from our mixer fleet as they literally take their lives and others in hand every day.
Those of you who live in Silicon Valley (and this goes for anywhere else on this planet), if you think you can squeeze into that slot because you are late for work and all of a sudden the red lights come on...you WILL be the next statistic. These trucks will end your life instantly - no, not a fender bender, they will kill you.
When you leave home tomorrow morning and you kiss your family goodby, do you plan on returning home that evening? Of course you do! Please think before pulling in front of a Concrete Mixer, or any other large truck. Please come home to you family, somebody else's time is not worth your life.

I hate hearing that, and I am very sorry. It is the hardest thing to do is to sit in a company meeting as the brass explains what a good person your team mate was before we lost him to the accident, haunts you for life. Sorry for your loss.
