I came into this world which I knew nothing of
Looking into the future with hope and confidence
My tomorrow is the seed sown today
I am ready and willing now to be taught and led

There is an adult in me, impatient and anxious to appear
Anxious to grow and achieve
Anxious to explore
Guide me I pray thee that I may
Be a joy and happiness to the word
