Maybe I wouldn't go so far as to call it manners and courtesy born out of monetary greed, but it definitely seems a little odd.
It wasn't like that, when I first joined.

Have you ever watched the show Black Mirror? I won't throw any spoilers, but this season has an episode regarding digital reputation. It is an excellent series, btw.
