Testosterone... It's What's for Dinner

in #life8 years ago

Entertainment for my family is not found in video games or television

Heck, we don't even have cable tv or wi-if. You heard me right! We get about 10 basic channels, no cartoons for the kids to watch. There is a western channel as long as the weather is good. If it's cloudy or storming only 3 or 4 channels work.

So, here is our entertainment

we hunt rabbits

proof of rabbit for dinner

We hunt other animals as well. But I think I will save that for another post. If you are interested in how the other side lives, stay tuned. BTW this was all posted from my cell phone since I have no computer or Internet.

Fun times here on the farm

I'm not saying watching cartoons is bad. Too much of anything can be bad. Just saying my kids enjoy playing outdoors, hunting for their own meat, picking the garden, feeding farm animals. They find pleasure in the simple things in life

Absolutely. Cartoon aren't bad... life is better ;)

Bugs bunny doesn't approve this message.

Thank you for your humor:)

How does it feel to know that your "entertainment" ended another creature's life? Killing tiny little rabbits boosts your testosterone? That's pathetic, sorry. Go have a fair fight with something that's able to fight back, if you need your testosterone boosted.

That's what is great about Steemit. You can have your opinion and I can have mine. Thank you for taking time to look at my post

Yeah! Hunting for dinner..... savage. Way better you buy meat from those large corporate farms where the animals exist happily until death from natural causes!

Looks delicious.

This person specifically said this was their entertainment, in addition in lieu of their children watching cartoons on television. I think the fact that they're eating the rabbits is secondary, at least in the context of this post. Agreed about factory farms tho. I don't have an answer for that problem.

Always had a good time out fishing with my family. That it was an enjoyable family experience didn't mean the goal of the outing wasn't eating delicious fish ;)

You make a good point.

She's addressing a post I made concerning Steemit lacking "testosterone" and "hunting" not being discussed on the platform.

Proof of Rabbit may be just as secure as Proof of Stake, or Proof of Steak for that matter. ;)
