I salute this mother for doing whatever it takes for her child. Family should always be top priority. Sadly, here in Japan, a woman who worked in a court hearing had been suspended because she brought her baby while working. Japan has a patriarchal system so it is of no surprise that their action lead to that. Although recently, Prime Minister Abe has been taking steps to empower women. Soon enough, women here in Japan will be able to achieve the equality that they long deserve to have.
