You sound like you are in the perfect "line of business" and your agency will be amazing once it's fully kicked off. After reading your last post about the promoter for the metal rock gigs, you should be able to leverage that experience for the tough times and know that "Rome wasn't built in a day."

You have dedication, skills, and drive. Keep confidence in yourself and I truly believe that nothing will stop you from being successful.

Remember, measure success based on your own (hopefully) expectations [don't let that perfectionist side of you weigh you down too much too fast!]. It seems like you enjoy what you are doing. Keep that passion. Don't let the immediate (or less than immediate) progress of your agency be your sole measurement of success.
