Pumpkin muffins with rosemary

Ingredients:
60 milliliters of vegetable oil
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of soda
3 stems of rosemary
2 eggs
250 milliliters of milk
100 milliliters of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
250 grams of pumpkin
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Salt to taste
Preparation:

  1. Boil the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder and soda into a bowl. Add salt and rosemary.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, honey and vegetable oil.
  4. We connect both mixtures, add 2/3 of the boiled pumpkin.
  5. Lubricate the molds with oil. We spread the dough into them.
  6. From above put the pieces of the remaining pumpkin and seeds.
  7. Bake 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
