I’ve been feeling pretty bad about myself for quite some time, mainly due to bad life decitions. Weirdly enough, if you eat like shit, you feel bad, and it shows in you. Who knew...

I know I will always have good days and bad days, but I want to have more of the good ones and I’m making conscious decitions in order to get them.

I’ve been eating super healthy for the past week, and even after only that little time, it has been making me feel, and look, a lot better than in a long while. I know it will be hard but I will stick to these better eating habits and hope everything just keeps on getting better from here on out. I won’t go more into this yet, because it’s a process, but if everything works out well, and I’m strong enough, I will tell you about it in the coming months.

Yesterday a friend (read: a hot AF guy) asked for a selfie and I was feeling real good about myself so I took a ton of them! I think you can clearly see that I was having a really good day and feeling myself. I’m super bad at acting and lying, so what you see in my pictures, in my eyes, in my body language, is usually the real truth of how I am doing.
