New series. Getting rid of my glasses blog #1
Some background on me I've wore glasses or contact lenses for the past 19 years. I've done a lot of research around restoring your vision naturally (don't worry I'm not plugging a get rid of your glasses in 30 days product!)
What I'm aiming to do is to do an experiment for myself using exercises I've found on YouTube ( I know legit as!)
By posting this as a daily series I'm aiming to either show it can be achieved or debunk the whole concept or restoring vision naturally.
The main research I've done is around most poor vision is caused by weak eye muscles. Which glasses and contact lense won't help the situation they just either make it worse or stay the same.
Here goes!
So here are the exercises I'm going to follow and update on daily or every other day.
